Day-by-Day Itinerary
Arrive Kathmandu
Airport pickup. Evening stroll through Thamel and welcome dinner with Nepali cuisine.
Kathmandu Heritage
Full day visiting Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple), Boudhanath Stupa, and Pashupatinath Temple with evening aarti.
Patan & Bhaktapur
Explore the artistic city of Patan and the medieval wonderland of Bhaktapur — pottery square, Nyatapola Temple, and Juju Dhau.
Fly to Lukla & Trek to Phakding
Scenic mountain flight to Lukla (2,860m). Begin the trek through lush forests along the Dudh Kosi river.
Phakding to Namche Bazaar
Cross suspension bridges, enter Sagarmatha National Park, and climb to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) — the Sherpa capital.
Acclimatization in Namche
Hike to Everest View Hotel for first views of Everest. Visit the Sherpa Museum and explore the vibrant market.
Namche to Tengboche
Trek through rhododendron forests to Tengboche (3,870m). Visit the famous monastery with Everest and Ama Dablam views.
Return Trek to Lukla
Begin the descent, retracing steps through familiar villages. The return trek is faster with thicker air and lighter spirits.
Fly to Pokhara & Paragliding
Morning flight to Pokhara. Afternoon tandem paragliding over Phewa Lake with Annapurna views. Evening at the Lakeside promenade.
Return & Departure
Sunrise at Sarangkot. Fly back to Kathmandu. Transfer to airport.
